NAVIGATION
Learners Dashboard
A top-level view of your learning progress including your checklists, and course progress. You can also view what courses are assigned or recommended for you to take along with Academy's leadership board.
Courses
Are made up of lessons containing interactive learning content and activities covering various topics. Points are awarded for each completed course and can be found searched by keywords or category in the course menu.
Media Library
A digital library consisting of agent documents, videos, trainings and recordings, essentially replacing our google drive. By using the keyword search, any item in the library related to the search will appear in the results page.
Company Trainings
Here you can join company trainings and gain access to our training schedule. Live trainings are also accessible through your google calendar.
How To Series
Our "how to" series contains instructional videos for answers to common questions asked by agents and staff. These videos live in the media library.
CHECKLISTS
Located in your Learners Dashboard are checklists. Your dashboard can contain more than one checklist and act as a guide to completing your learning path.
They contain assigned tasks for you to complete, such as courses, lessons and tasks outside the platform.

DUE DATES
​are highlighted in red and can be assigned to a checklist as a whole, individual tasks, courses or lessons. An email will be sent if you are approaching a deadline. ​
TASK DESCRIPTIONS
are located below the title and will provide additional instructions on how to complete.
MARK AS COMPLETED
by checking the grey circle. Some tasks are marked automatically or require admin approval.
LESSONS
are found within courses. They contain training content and activities for you to complete. Lessons can be revisited even after being completed.
When a lesson is gated or "locked", it will not open until the you complete all of the required activities in the previous lesson, including quizzes that may be in a different course.

Most quizzes only allow for three attempts before passing and have a time limit once started.
